CrerPost does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, legally appropriate, original, error-free, non-infringing, or suitable for all commercial contexts.

The user is responsible for verifying:

  1. Accuracy of information.

  2. Promotional or trial credits.

  3. Purchased additional credits may be managed separately from plan credits.
  4. Credit consumption may vary depending on the feature used, AI provider, model, amount of text, generated images, processed files, or complexity of the request.
  5. CrerPost may adjust equivalencies, internal costs, consumption per feature, or usage limits to maintain the technical and commercial viability of the service.

The user acknowledges that artificial intelligence outputs may contain errors, omissions, biases, inaccuracies, or unsuitable content and must always be reviewed before use.

10. Social Media and Third-Party Integrations

CrerPost may integrate with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Google, Meta, Stripe, PayPal, AI providers, storage services, analytics tools, or other external services.

Use of these integrations is subject to:

  1. The terms and conditions of each third party.
  2. API, permission, and data use policies of each platform.
  3. Technical, commercial, and regulatory limits imposed by such third parties.
  4. Availability, stability, and authorization of each integration.
  5. Review, approval, suspension, or limitation decisions made by each external provider.

CrerPost does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for:

  6. Delays or errors caused by external services.
  7. Changes to authentication, authorization, or permission rules.

The user is responsible for keeping connected accounts active, authorized, and compliant.

11. Post Scheduling

CrerPost allows users to schedule posts for supported social media platforms.

The user understands and accepts that:

  1. Scheduling depends on the technical availability of CrerPost and third-party APIs.
  2. Posts may fail due to expired tokens, insufficient permissions, API changes, network errors, rejected content, account limits, platform restrictions, or causes beyond CrerPost’s control.
  3. Publishing times may be subject to time zones, user configuration, server availability, and validations by each social media platform.
  4. The user must review the calendar, scheduled content, selected accounts, and publishing times before approving posts.

  4. Reports are informational and do not guarantee results.
  5. CrerPost may process, organize, or summarize available information to facilitate user interpretation.

13. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments

CrerPost may offer free plans, free trials, paid plans, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, credit packages, add-ons, or additional services.

The prices, limits, benefits, included modules, credits, connected accounts, available features, and restrictions of each plan will be displayed on the Platform or on the applicable commercial page.

By subscribing to a plan, the user authorizes CrerPost or its payment providers to charge the corresponding fees according to the selected billing cycle.

Payments may be processed through external providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other available payment methods. CrerPost does not directly store full bank card details when payment processing is handled by external gateways.

14. Free Trial

CrerPost may offer a free trial for a limited time or with limited credits.

Availability, duration, included features, granted credits, and conditions of the free trial may vary depending on promotions, country, plan, commercial configuration, or CrerPost’s decision.

At the end of the free trial, the user may need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features or maintain full access to the Platform.

CrerPost may limit, modify, suspend, or cancel free trials in cases of abuse, duplicate accounts, fraudulent use, or violation of these Terms.

15. Automatic Renewals and Cancellation

Subscription plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless the user cancels before the renewal date.

The user may cancel the subscription through the options available within the Platform or through the enabled support channels.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily generate an automatic refund for periods already paid, unless applicable law, a specific commercial policy, or an express decision by CrerPost provides otherwise.

After cancellation, the user may retain access to the paid plan until the end of the current period, except in cases of breach, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

16. Refunds

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments made for subscriptions, credits, packages, add-ons, or digital services are non-refundable once activated, used, or made available to the user.

CrerPost may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering:

  1. Billing errors.
  2. Duplicate charges.
  3. Technical failures directly attributable to CrerPost.
  4. Applicable legal requirements.
  5. Actual use of the service, credit consumption, or activation of features.

Credits already consumed, services used, campaigns generated, images processed, or posts published are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.

17. Additional Credits and Token Packages

CrerPost may allow the purchase of additional credits for artificial intelligence features or other advanced services.

Additional credits:

  1. Are credited to the corresponding team, account, or user according to system configuration.

  3. Do not represent electronic money, bank balance, financial instruments, or refundable monetary value.
  4. Cannot be transferred outside the Platform.
  5. Cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  6. May be subject to usage rules, technical limits, abuse prevention, or operational adjustments.

CrerPost may correct credit balances in cases of technical errors, reversed charges, fraud, duplicates, or processing failures.

18. CrerPost Intellectual Property

All rights in CrerPost, including software, code, design, interfaces, modules, workflows, databases, trademarks, logos, texts, documentation, architecture, features, algorithms, internal prompts, credit systems, panels, reports, dashboards, and visual elements belong to Crer Group LLC or its licensors.
